I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with your company, and Dana Foster in particular. I contacted her on an extremely busy day, Valentine's Day, about an urgent need I had to send flowers to my aunt's funeral today before 9am. Dana went out of her way to contact me, even as late as 10.30pm UK time (I am in the USA, so communication by phone was not possible during my work hours). She promised me the flowers would be there by the required time today, and then just now, emailed me to confirm they had been delivered. Being so far from my family, being able to send flowers on time to my aunt's funeral meant so much to me. At least the family knows I am thinking of them, even though I can't be there in person. I have a lot of family still in England, and often send flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, etc etc. You can be sure I will be contacting your company!. Please thank Dana for everything she did for me.
